eCommerce Operation Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for brand eCommerce operations / maintenance items
  • Communicating and understanding customer needs
  • Planning eCommerce operating plan, including new products, promotions, customer service
  • Team responsible for partnership with the relevant agencies, working with customers to complete marketing programs
  • Managing project site upgrade
  • Supervise smooth operations and timely adjustment of emergency situations
  • Data analysis and reporting

Job Requirements

  • More than 3 years eCommerce operations and digital marketing experience
  • Multi-project management and control ability
  • Effective communication with relevant teams
  • Fluent in English (oral and written), multi-lingual speaker preferred

Tmall Store Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for overall operations of renowned brands’ Tmall shop
  • Hit the company’s business targets, perform brand store sales tasks
  • Leading D1M and brand communication and D1M / brand transactions, maintain good customer relations
  • Based on performance, market feedback, timely adjustment of marketing strategy and content, to ensure achievement of continued operational goals
  • Optimize business processes, a reasonable allocation of human resources according to company policy and departmental business need

Job Requirements

  • Cosmetics, clothing, household, mother babycare eCommerce operating experience
  • Tmall, JD, YHD, Amazon and other platform work experience or cross-border eCommerce operating experience is preferred
  • High awareness of service, quality and customer service standards of management and maintenance
  • English written and spoken fluently preferred
  • eCommerce industry operating experience, warehousing management, call center management, understand the technical aspects of demand

eCommerce Operation Executive/Assistant 

Job Description

  • Daily Website content maintenance / update
  • Products prepared operational plans needed
  • Image modification (eg: change image size)
  • Work with customer service team to update sales technique
  • Administration site to update project progress
  • Data collection / preliminary analysis report

Job  Requirements

  • More than 1 year eCommerce operations and digital marketing experience
  • Positive and optimistic, self-learning ability
  • Passionate over the Internet and digital media
  • Methodical work attitude
  • Fluent in English (oral and written), multi-lingual speaker preferred
